Abstract:

Human inclination to collective life made humane societies. Meanwhile, isolating identity of power developed sciences and theories which induced public participation in their fate. Parties are the result of this thinking. Every social phenomenon to institutionalize itself needs to organize parties according to the party system. Therefore, strengthening the position of political parties needs some social, cultural, religious, political, international, economical, legal, civil. In this essay, the last matters are analyzed. This essay is ordered in two section and each sections has some dialog. It’s research method is descriptive content analysis. We conclude that Iranian parties have always been a position for a few party leaders and a tool for political conflicts between political and governmental elites. The Parties in the whole Iranian history have faced many cultural, political and economical obstacles. Therefore, today there aren’t systematical and institutionalized parties in Iran and for making them we should organize different backgrounds among which the economical, legal and civil backgrounds are important items. If the suggested solutions become practical we can hope for their functionality and durability by institutionalizing, and organizing of Iranian political parties.
