Political ,Cultural, and economical organizations play an important role in the development of the developing countries.Among these organizations ,economic organizations and specially labour , organizationsin form of unions,associations and councils playa controversial role in making decisions ' and policies of a country. These organizations can announce the wants of their professional and technically experienced members to the executive managers and legislators ,therefore ,provide a field for the setting rules and regulations necessary for the growth of the country.

These organizations can also be a means of exchanging information and gain of experience ,which improves their members' knowledge.

In our country,unfortunately, due to the of lack economic and labour organizations, most of the rules are set, without considering the viewponts and attitudes of the economists and labours as one of the controversial basis of the economy and production of the country.This is a big problem which can be resolved by the existance and expansion of such organizations. Besides legislative /Iegal problems the I expansion of such organizations is confronted/hindered with a cultural problem.

In our country the industrialists ,commercials ,and capitalists do not show interest group works ,since  they are not aware of the advantages of group works.

Actually, labours themselves are not aware of their wants and do not feel responsible for the establishment of labour organizations. This gives rise to a problem that the establishment of the labour organizations faces contradictions and certain labours start working in fields other than their own professional fields ,such and politics. They try to get engaged in individual jobs and use monopoly policies,away from group works,therefore, they experience a gap between them and their goal.Although the unlimited authority of the govrnment in economical and social fields ,due to the economical dependence of the country on the aspect of oil ,is another problem for the expantion and establishment of labour organizations. these two points has 2 disadvantages for the labour organizations and in , awareness of the sinificance of establishment of such strong and rich labour organizations. Since the Islamic revolution,the labours' wants and needs are not fulfilled,due to certain rreasons such as limitations and lack of progress in the labour class ,lack of support for labours' organization, and over dependence of the labour organizations on governmentcal bodies.

Certain methods are introduced in this project ;for the improvement of of labour organizations in the Islamic Republic Of Iran.Hope that this projest could depict and highlight the problems faced by the hardworking labour class and labour organizations,and hope that the methods introduced in this project would be of some help/use to this class of the society.
