	Abstract: Rerecognition of the concept of Justice in shiee’s political thought One of the most important concepts of political thought of shiee which has an important role in shaping thoughts, and political-social movements during the history of shiee is 'j.ustice ". The thesis concentrates on terminology of "justice" In shiee's political thought and shows the variety ofmeanings includes. He word “justice" comprises several meamings like equality, go out of the way, Go straight, atheism, stability, put two things the same, moderation in creating and so on. The concept of "justice" has notified by mostof the philosophers whole the time; scholars like plato, Aristotle, Habse, Lakk. Hayek, Ralws whom we have a glance to their views. Also, there are several meanings for 'j'ustice" in Holy Quran such as equality, distributioin equal way, honesty, straightness, moderation, passing the way, substitution, ransom and so on that the all have some relevent verses. The thesis, also, includes a catagorizing for “justice" in individual and Social aspects.They have compared with thesynonims and antonyms like equity and cruelty to clarify the meaning better. In an other part we have discused the ideas of our Holy Imams and as the most important text in shiee for "justice" we have refered to Nahj-al- balagheh. Furthermore we had a search on the other books that mentioned the ideas of Imam Ali (PUH) and like the later part there are some comparisons. The synonyms and antonyms of “justice” has been expressed' words like Right, fairness cruelty and forgiveness. Finally we have refered to the variety ofmeanings in philosophy and jurisprudence of Islam and shiee specially. Here, there is a special note on Farabi, Ibne-sina, Amery, Meskaveih Razi and Nasir- ai-din Toosi who are philosophers and the first shahid, The second shahid, sheikn Ansari and the late Imam khomeini in jurisprudence.
