Golbalization, in the current world, is of the major issues in political science. Thinkers have discussed different aspects, approaches and attitudes toward golbalization. Cultural aspect is of the most important ones. Cultural influences of golbalization have made different cultures - especially local cultures - sensitive and reactive to it, In these circumstances, islamic culture officials, too, are concerned about islamic culture being marginalised. attitude which results in assimilation of the world culture or seeks to accomplish cultural assimilation, the danger .for local cultures especially islamic culture would be more serious. Regarding different principles of islamic culture such as 'jihad "Amr-be-maaroof'” "Ijtihaad” and "Tagiyyah ", it is capable of being stable in culture globalizing arena and flourishing in post - modern era.
