Over time the midde East region because of it's importance, has been the focuse of attention of regional and international powers.

During cold war this region has been subjeted confilicts between two bluks of East and west (united states and Russia). Each of two powers tryed to prevent the other form having a monopoly role in the region.

After endin cold war and disitrgration of Russia u.s. tried to make a new order and struc ture in mcddle Eeast, in the form of new wold order project. That's why «peace instead Land» slogan that finally the madrid conference was held on 1992.

Although the negotiation between pales tinians and Israelies was started by European cuntries in form of oslo agrement, but u.s. tried to have a monopoly role in the peace process and peace negotiations between Arabs and Israelies.

But the Mediation ofu.s during 90 and during Middle East Peace negotiations because of it's strategic relation with israel and influnce of Zionist lobies in society, state and foreign policy making ofu.s has been transformed from justice mediation to unjustice mediation.
