Abstract:

Governments in order to keep their stability has payed a great deal of attention to the case of managers and statement.

In Emam Ali’s government, statesmen and their characteristics has been specially mentioned . that concerning such factords leads to valuable points for contemporary Islamic societies.

From the political and sociological point of view in Emam Ali’s government, in order to select the statemen he (P.B.u.h) has payed attention to their social, economical and religious position and their professional religious and moral characteristics have been specially mentioned.

Governments can achieve public legitimacy just through the competent management and there is no difference between religious and nonreligious governments.

In Emam Ali’s tradition, management in authorities’ behariour ’s considered very  important . and in addition to an accurate and legal selection of authorities the fact of observing their conducts is specially mentioned because without observing their conducts-according to the experiences – governments wil fall in to decline and collapse after some while and that’s because of financial, administrative and moral corruption.

Observing managers’ and authorities’ conducts in west has just appeared in political thoughts since the time of John luck (1632-1704)

From the political and sociological point of view  there are a lot of factors playing role in stability of political systems, like moral, religious and financial health for authorities, and like mentioning economical reforsm, answering public, material demands, avoiding oppression to the people and etc….

This is the reason that Emam Ali (P.B.U.H) after selecting his statesmen started observing their deeds, directly and avoided them from any kind of default in doing their duties.
