During Islamic history of Iran, with the rulers of pertainimy to the sunnite, pditical thearic discussions of shiite have no worth groth contrast with thinking of Sunnite.

Mjsticsim has a from of millitary and political, in the eight contury. Mysticsits like millitary soldiers fight irregularly with their aganst governments.

Shiite mysticists during eight and ninth century provido the ground of rules of shiite, also go a way after rules of shiite.

Migration of politic tribes like shiite scientists and sayyeds to Iran, leying the ground work of compeletimy of political thought of shiite, and different politdcal thearies had written concerning with formation and Survival of shiite rules.

It is important that shiite scientists, which was from every groups, state their political thearies accardimy to their juris prudence thearic bases and their thaological thibes. One example of this subject is the attitude of Esmaiilyan with adversaries and farmation of Esmaiilite shiite government.

My consideration trom shiite in this thesis is shiite twelve Imamy (or Imamite or jaiifari). Sunnite rulers becas of oppressian, sruelty and killiny, due to absorption of Iranian to shiite groups, and crash of Abbasian government is the import factor of fanlurd of sunnite policical though and government. Furthermare, growiny and increasimy of shiite theological and political thought in Iran by theoligians and shiite famaus hurists, and closed Iranians to the shiits iseas.

This thesis include one preface and five chapter and a result. In the first chapter, we concern about shiite political thearic tundemental thought.

chapter two explain the formation of shiite history in the first ten century of Hegira. In the third chapter, we discuss shiite thea logical and social situation in Iran.

Chapter fourth and fiveth, examine four sirect and inderect factor which influence the shiite political authority. These four factor are:
