Abstract:

After falling of USSR and weakening of their underprotection Communism governments in Afghanistan, crusaders entered Caboul, they seized the power and following it; Afghanistan was faced with different problems. The mentioned situations prevent to establish an Islamic government and making stability and security in Afghanistan and changed it to center of regional and beyond regional crisis.

Considering mentioned theory, make questions to the public opinion, which study them in this section:

1. Is the crisis of Afghanistan result of the domestic and civil elements or from abroad?

2. How and what Afghani crusade approaches call in question?

3. What's the role of adjacent countries and crusade parties in the crisis?

4. Which of Afghanistan's adjacent countries (Iran & Pakistan) are beneficiary in the crisis?

5. Which of two countries (Iran & Pakistan) will have a strong position in future relations and playa strong role in the future of this country.

This paper, scientifically, criticizes foreign policy from different political, military, cultural and social aspects, and has been drawn up in 5 chapters and a part allocating conclusion, as follows:

Chapter 1: since all researches and academic works are based on theory, here, systematically have been attempted to follow semantic descriptions such as foreign policy, foreign policy and international relation suggestions and international views.

Chapter 2: studying, separately, Afghanistan-Iran foreign relations as well as Afghanistan-Pakistan foreign relations, since the emergence of Afghanistan.

Chapter 3: Pakistan's formation, political structure, corridors of power and Pakistan's foreign political methods.

Chapter 4: political structure, corridors of power and foreign political methods of IR!.

Chapter 5: the beginning of Taleban's movement to which study into 2 independent sections of domestic and foreign fields.

This paper, have been drawn up within a codified scientific and research framework, in a descriptive way, emphasized on library resources writings and scientific and practical experiences of Afghanistan authorities and mental acquiring with the aim of opinions clearance over the reason of oppressed society destruction. Now, it is the responsibility of the awakened conscience and future generations to judge.
