After Irag's attacK ohj Kuwait and her oCCupation, seCurity coucil as Peace Keeping and international seCurity factor intervened in this Crisis due to demands of Permanent members of seaurtiy council which in fact this intervention Was aCCording to Great Powers intersts for preserving oil benefits in the region and their Presence in the region was for preserving their non-material interests and essentially preserving Israel in the Middle East.

Although the U.S as a permanent member of security council showed a "Green light" to IraQ FOR ATTAKING kUWAIT, BUT FOR elttaining A pace - Keeping and facein the world condomned IraQ inrasion and under supporting of European Countries and by Cost of Arab Countries de feated Iraq an d made her Presence in the region Stronger.

But non of Great powers of security Council had moreorer and non - material !. interest in Balkans and Bosnia- Herzegovina and morover Were unsatisfieg of Creation of an Islamic country in the region. so by prolonging Crisis term infact gave sufficient opportunity to Serbia for genocede in Bosina - Herzegorina and in the end serbia did what she wanted to do .
