BY The end the cold war and the collaps of the soviet union , Security environment of East Europe changed dramaticly. This in context instability in former yugoslavia and the war in bosnia made the situation more sophiticated .

As the war broke out in the new republic of bosnia european states organized their efforts in order to resolve the crisis but depended merely on european potentials and rejected the involvment of any international or multinational bodies like NATO .

on the other side the U.S adminstration in a " decided strategy " avoided any involvment in international peac planes to end the bosnian crisis . as a matter of fact the united states was looking for an opportunity to put her own strategy into practice, which was expanding her hegemony on the geopolitic regions released newly from communism.

After two years of war when the europeans failer in handling of bosnian crisis appeared , the united states in 1994 came to the field and presented her plan of " bosnian muslim – croat federation " and later inititived " DATON PEACE AGREEMENT ".

In this process the united states took the best adventages of her influence on the security council of UN and NATO too. Therfore u,s in addition yo expanding its hegemony on balkans , verified the necessity of her deep involvment in europes security arrangments.

Consequently the vital interests of the muslim majority of Bosnian population were the victims of both war and the peace plan of U.S as   Well .
