After the collapse of the East Block FROM 1996 Aran, Greek and Arnenia in accordance with rverse alliance strategy, took perfonnance to trilateral cooperation in fields of economical, commercial, cultural and scientific affairs. By conculding defence pact from 1999, They conle to the new phase. some of those prinsiple motive of the cooperation were confronting with turkish, United state and Azerbaijan expansionisn, factors causing tensions on the raea, and overall we can point to stabilize the situation of three countries, in security regional order and tiecoause of diffirent aims and interestsb of those three sountri~s, this trilateral countries was not successful. Also, both Armenia and Greek have reached more than Iran to their psychological aims, in order to attract the third counterpart. Additionally the lack of immovable purpose and decision, two countries Annenia aDd Greek, are to continue trilateral cooperation and also because of regionally continous threats, landscape of these cooperations don't seem hopefully. By regard to the inefficiency ofth, Islamic Republic of Iran's strategy based on south and North Axis, it's usefull to reassess the strategy and consider the strategy of East. West (regionally cooperative strategy) and improve the multilateral cooperation with all countries speciall" Turkey and Azerbirjan due to the historical, religious, cultural joint, and improve the economicc, political, commercial, cultural and etc, in order to have multilat - eral and bilateral cooperation to maintain and improve reginal situatian of Islamic Repulic of Iran.
