usually in the case of revolution and political changes every where, Revolutionists establish institutions to coordinate revolutionist activities and administration if the country after the victory to prevent anarchy. Imam khomeiny as the leader of revolution, regarding this point, therefore, established revolutionary council to meet that aim. Revolutionary council established in 22 Day 1357 H. and closed in 29 Tir 1359 H. when the Islamic consultative assembly (National parliment) , Opened. The most important functions of revolutionary council before the victory are as follows: Pablishing of Imam' s declarations, Negotiating with miltarists authorities and armed forces, Diplomatic meetings, instaling the oil and ending to strike of national oil company workers, and establidhing provisional cabinet.
