“Revivalism of the Islamic traditions” is one of the main issues that need to be considered seriously in the Islamic society. Traditions can solve many problems of the society if they become widespread in the society. Endowment is one of these traditions. Endowment is one of the main legal and economic institutions; the current situation of our society entails the need to broaden the borders of endowments and consider the new instruments in this regard. With regard to the day to day increase of the firms as one of the necessities of the society, their stocks can be considered as a potential endowment.

This research studies endowment, endowment management, and the endowment of stocks from the perspective of the Jafari jurisprudence. Then a financial model is presented. Finally some suggestions for further researches are made as follows:

1-     With concentration on the definition of endowment and the tradition of the Holy Prophet and the Imams, endowments would get more inclusive.

2-      With the establishment of the endowment funds their usage can be improved.
