Productivity is being the area of interest for
researchers in different scientific fields such as management and till
now a lot of research has been conducted about this topic.
“Human Resource Productivity” is one of the main
aspects of productivity category in management science. Since factors,
indexes and variables of H.R Productivity are qualitative; therefore
quantitative considerations have been attracting fewer attentions.
In this research, after describing a summery on H.R
Productivity literature, different models are presented in this area.
Then based on ACHIEVE model and by using Multi Attribute Decision
Making (MADM) Techniques such as AHP and LINMAP, H.R Productivity
factors in Sazeh Gostar Saipa Company were ranked.
As a result of this ranking the quantitative
techniques (AHP & LINMAP) were evaluated. Also these results provided a
base for measuring the H.R Productivity in Sazeh Gostar Saipa Company.
