The performance evaluation has been considered a
necessity all the time. Conditions of time and place and also the
variety of organizations and the complexity of them have necessitated
that in any period of time a special model-approperiate to the
conditions- to be introduced for the performance evaluation of
organizations.
In this study we first considered the organizational
excellence models and then tried to domesticate one of the most common
evaluation models that is evaluation model of quality management (EFQM)
in a way that it can include the weights and the priorities appropriate
to the realities of Imam Sadegh University to achieve the performance
excellence of the educational organization.
Therefore, the weight of any of criteria and
sub-criteria of this model has been provided and the priority of them
has been indicated regarding to the view points of decision makers and
application of a comparative technique analytical hierarchy process (AHP)
and also the statistical method of a simple additive weighting (SAW)
