Abstract:

The terms of job success especially in management level is an important matter that has involved the mind of organizational behavior researchers .It must be said that the successful managers are not born but they are trained.

Besides suggesting a model of job success this research has studied the factors, which contribute to foreign purchasing managers job success in Saipa auto industry companies.

These factors at first were selected of the opinions of management and international purchasing experts.

The statistical sample was included 31 foreign purchase managers in Saipa auto industry.The ways of gathering information about the sample were: interview, study documents and questionnaire.

For testing the hypothesises we used Pierson correlation analysis and Regression analysis and finally we came to this conclusion that all variables had positive and direct correlation with job success.

 Off the job training had the most influence on job success and teamwork skill had the least one.
