Abstract:
In the field of management the customer satisfaction
has been one of the important criteria to measure the performance of the
organization. If the manager pays a particular attention to this
life-giving element then the rest can be followed per se. In this
regard, the major aim of Bonyad-e-Shahid Foundation has been giving full
satisfaction to the customers of this organization in recent years.
Besides that, it holds a high position among Iranian officials due to
its relationship with Holy Defense martyrs.
As we know, the factors affecting satisfaction is
dependent on needs hierarchy. According to a Quranic study human beings'
needs are four: physiological, spiritual, educational and religious
needs.
In the second part, the author has used all means to
get to know how far the satisfaction of members has been fulfilled. In
this case, a questionnaire is distributed in a sample with 385 members.
In the Capital Tehran the analysis of the results shows that the degree
of satisfaction of the members of Bonyad-e-Shahid is below 50% in
educational, cultural and financial services. Clearly generalizing the
results of this plan demands a new research plan with its own
circumstances.
