There is no doubt  that now a days technology is  accounted as one  of the most significant factors of economic and  industrial development in  the world. Countries  use different  ways and methods to facilitate  technology transfer and transaction in local, national, international and global levels.Creatating technomart(or techno-market) as center of technology transaction is one of the advanced mechanisms for above aim.In Iran technology transfer and transaction do not have stable and  coherent system.This weakness have made many problems for technology suppliers(such as elits, universities, R&D centers and …) and technology demanders (such as goverment.,Industry especially SMEs, investors,…).In  this thesis technology transaction and transfer has been discussed and after that some cases of technomart in Europe and Asia have been analysed.Then by means of interview and survey from technomart and related fields experts(such as technology law, technology evaluation and marketing,supportive funds,…), proposed model of national technomart in Iran has been presented.In fact in current research,the researcher wanted to answer below questions:

• What are the mission and objectives of national technomart in Iran?

• Which departments and parts should be in  national technomart in Iran?

• What are the appropriate way for technomart ownership?

•  How is the internal process and servicing to customers?

• How should technomart communicate with other organizations and public bodies?

• Which infrastructures should be established for national technomart in Iran to be successful?

The result was that establishing of national technomart in Iran is necessary for many problems in technology transfer and transaction.This center by relations with important bodies should have different departments includes information, marketing, councelling in financing, law, evaluation,training,etc to be technology transfer and transactions facilitator and reference.
