Abstract:

Nowadays according to increasing evolution in technology; management and service providing in the world, organizations need continues improvement and coordination with these changes.

     Suggestion system as a part of participative management is one of the efficient tools for continues improvement in organizations and will increase productivity in human and material resources.

This research will analyze the definitions, varieties and methods of ‌participation and participative management from the point of scientists with library studies, and will describe suggestion system and its affects in a brand sense in some cooperations – specifically Iran Dokhaniat Co. – those who have executed it.

Then it will define productivity and its history, measurement methods and factors, also the value added, its measurement methods and affects as a method of productivity measurement.

To analyze the relevancy between participation system and productivity, the questionnaire has been distributed and gathered, then the hypothesizes   have been proved by Excel software and statistical method (relative groups interval estimation ) in 95% confidence interval.

1- existence of participative area relevances with productivity increment.

2-using employees’ ideas in goals determination relevances with productivity increment.

3- using employees’ ideas in controlling goals implementation relevances with productivity increment.

4- using employees’ ideas in systems improvement relevances with productivity increment.

5- there is not meaningful relevance between responsibility creation and productivity increment.

And strongly it was proved that: participative system relevances with productivity increment.

Afterward the value added of Iran Dokhaniat Co. has been calculated by financial lists for years 74 to 79. Then the interaction between value added calculation and employees’ participation has been discussed.

The researcher suggests for optimum implementation of participative management, more researches should be done about cultural bases, barriers, and supplementary process of suggestion system and also value-added usage.
