Abstract:

Criminals experience novel ambitions under implication of globalization, new forms of crimes are manifested in the world which threaten sustainable peace , security and stability of communities. Changing forms of criminals and misconduct specifically transnational organized crime and corruption, make it necessary to promotion the international cooperation plus intensified intervention caused by criminal system, to counter criminal implications under suppressor approach achievements and search for new findings to reduce the role of criminal justice ."The United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime" (Palermo2000) and "the United Nations Convention against Corruption" (Merida2003) due to the concept of globalization and criminological findings have paid much attention  to the attitude of criminological teachings and the concept of comprehensive and novel international crimes. The study of "Palermo" and "Merida" conventions of criminology as international tools which illustrate criminal nature brought about manifested and effective consequences under diversity of reaction to criminal concept , so as to reduce penal justice , teachings and achievement produced by criminology. Preventive criminological achievements and clinical criminology established by "Palermo" and "Merida" conventions resulted in fruitful manifestation which lay on preventive acts , social refinement of criminals and protection of criminal victims. The states pledged to pave the way for the creation of proper ground for the implementation and the promotion of criminological achievements in the related conventions.
