Abstract:
The issue of the establishment and registration of
the commercial firms has made great influence on the situation of the
firms’ regulations; thus it has been considered as an important issue in
this regard for law scholars. Issues such as the time of legal
identification, sharing configuration, legal aspects of the firms’
management, etc have been affected by above-mentioned regulations.
Moreover different attitudes toward these kinds of regulations have
resulted in various schools of thought. In Iran, the internal law was
the only means to settle disputes before the ratification of the
regulations of the free trade zone. This new set of regulations made an
evolutionary change in this regard.
This research tried to study the influence of the
regulations of free trade zone on settlement of registration-related
disputes, since making free trade zone entails offering legal motives to
absorb foreign investors and pave the way for more economic activities
in these areas. Thus this research considers legal consequences of the
above-mentioned legal changes. Since some key subjects of the research
have been derived from the legal resources of other countries,
comparitive study of some parts of these regulations seems inevitable.
