The insurance of civil liability is one of the most important branches of insurance. It deals with supplying and compensating those damages incurred on the others due to the deed of the insured. Article 13 of the Statute of the Civil Liability requires employers under the Labor Code’s regime to insure the responsibility of his employee. The dissertation studies this sort of insurance in three sections. The first section deals with the generalities of insurance and civil responsibility. In the second section, the civil responsibility of employer and the foundations and conditions of its fulfillment have been examined. The third section refers to the insurance of the civil liability of the employer, its conclusion, performance, and termination. In this section, it has been tried to describe comprehensively the rules and terms of this kind of insurance. Also the situation of this insurance in the society has been clarified  by statistical surveys. Moreover, after explaining the impediments of its expansion in the society, we have recommended some strategies for its expansion.
